Teaching Philosophy Statement

A learner is also a teacher, directing his or her own growth. In the book, "Oh, the Places You'll Go!" by Dr. Seuss states, "You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose." Dr. En-Shiun Annie Lee has experience teaching in front of large classes and her training in pedagogy have formed teaching beliefs. Supplemented by engaging teaching, Dr. Lee believe in providing a borderless learning environment driven by the students themselves.
